Alpha Zeta Chapter Within $60,000 of $1.2 Million Goal!

To date, just over 250 AGR alumni or 20% of our brotherhood have enabled our fraternity to:

  1. Retire our renovation mortgage of $660,000 as soon as 2017
  2. Invest $92,000 in chapter house improvements
  3. Provide $30,000 in scholarship awards

To cap off this historic effort, future gifts received will support new scholarships to encourage AGR men to achieve an even higher standard of excellence in and out of the classroom. Although all campaign gifts are appreciated, with a minimum total contribution of $25,000, AZ alumni are partnering to recognize the specific contributions of peers and mentors including:

  • Ben Brent Award for Excellence
  • Del Allen Animal Science Award
  • Scott Schaake Ag Competition Award
  • The Noble Ruler Award

To participate in this historic project, complete a pledge card available on this website and remit to Ben Brent. If you are interested in supporting any one of these scholarship initiatives please send a check addressed to the Educational Foundation of AGR to PMB Box 339, 1228 Westloop, Manhattan, KS 66502-2840. In the memo section of your check, please indicate which scholarship you are choosing to support. Contact Jennifer Noble-Campaign Coordinator at 217-840-9684 if you have any questions or have an interest in founding your own scholarship at the $25,000 level.
